Tags :China, China Eastern Airlines Reference is made to (i) the announcement of the Company dated 10 July 2009 in relation to, interalia, the specific mandates for issuances of new A Shares and new H Shares of the Company (the ‘‘Announcement’’); (ii) the announcement of the Company dated 4 November 2009 relating to the conditional approval of the non-public issue of A Shares by the Public Offering Review Committee of CSRC; and (iii) the announcement of the Company dated 27 November 2009 relating to the approval of the issue of H Shares by CSRC. Terms used herein shall have the same meanings as ascribed to them in the Announcement. The Company announces that on 30 November 2009, CSRC approved the non-public issuance of not more than 1,350,000,000 A Shares by the Company to the specific investors including CEA Holding.
